Pastor Lanier Nail

In 2019, Lanier Nail, his wife Kari, and their three children (Laynie, Hallie, and Isaac) moved to the Shoals, where he became the pastor of Good Shepherd. Lanier also serves as rector for Shoals Anglican Mission, previously served as a campus missionary to Jacksonville State University and helped plant churches in Hartselle and Tuscaloosa. He also has experience as a Hospice Chaplain.

Lanier is a graduate of the University of Alabama (B.S)  and Beeson Divinity School (M.Div.) at Samford University.

Both Lanier and Kari are natives of North Alabama and are happy to now call the Shoals home.
